Billing questions
No fine print
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation your team replies to in the month. Spam, bots, auto-replies and conversations closed without a reply are never counted.
What is an AI answer?
A conversation the AI Agent resolved on its own, with no customer follow-up for 72 hours. Drafts your team edits and sends are not counted as AI answers.
What happens at the limit?
Customer messages always arrive. Over the conversation limit, replies pause until you change plan or the month resets. Over the AI limit, the AI goes back to drafting. Nothing is ever charged automatically.
Can I raise only the AI limit?
Yes. Owners can set a higher AI cap; each extra AI answer is $0.30 and you choose the new limit yourself.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes, two months free: you pay for ten months and get twelve.
I installed from the Shopify App Store. How am I billed?
Through your Shopify invoice, at the same prices. Website sign-ups are billed by card through Stripe.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your settings, in one click. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and you can export everything.
